Ingredients
- 1kg Pork Rashes, cut into 1cm pieces.
- 1 cup Soy Sauce (Silver Swan).
- 1 cup White Vinegar.
- 2 Tablespoons Whole Black Peppercorns.
- 4 – 5 Bay Leaves.
- 1 Tablespoon Oil.
Method
- Heat oil in a pot on a medium heat and add pork and fry for 5 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on a low heat for 30 minutes.
- Serve with steamed rice.
